Dynamite Readying Kevin Smith’s THE BIONIC MAN For August (Newsarama)
Dynamite Entertainment is turning another unproduced screenplay by Kevin Smith into a comic, and it’s the same creative team that adapted his Green Hornet script — Phil Hester and Jonathan Lau, with Alex Ross on covers.
This time around, it’s Smith’s The Six Million Dollar Man script from 1998, based on the classic ’70s TV series. The Dynamite comic will be titled The Bionic Man, set to debut in August and be followed by a Bionic Woman series in 2012.
