Comedian by Brian Azzarello and J.G. Jones

Doctor Manhattan by J. Michael Straczynski and Adam Hughes

Nite Owl by J. Michael Straczynski, Andy and Joe Kubert

Ozymandias by Len Wein and Jae Lee

Curse of the Crimson Corsair by Len Wein and John Higgins will be a two-page back story running at the end of every Before Watchmen comic published.

DC Comics - The women of Gotham City: Batgirl #1 by Gail Simone, Ardian Syaf and Vicente Cifuentes. Cover art above by Adam Hughes

Batgirl’s going to have to face the city’s most horrifying new villains as well as dark secrets from her past in BATGIRL #1, the stunning debut issue from fan-favorite writer Gail Simone and artists Ardian Syaf and Vicente Cifuentes.

Note: Over at Newsarama, journalist Jill Pantozzi conducted a candid conversation with writer Gail Simone over the return of Barbara Gordon, formally known as Oracle, as the new Batgirl. An interesting and emotional read I highly suggest you check out.
